Historical QA trackers, changelog entries and the PF-001..PF-018 correction register intentionally retain the version in which those findings/fixes originated.

## Documentation render verification

All three updated DOCX guides were rendered after the version refresh and every rendered page was visually inspected. The PDF copies were regenerated from those verified DOCX files. No clipping, overlap or broken table caused by the refresh was observed. The User Manual was subsequently refreshed for the Review2 Edit/Add controls and its 7-page render was again visually inspected before the PDF copy was replaced.

## Migration/runtime boundary

This consistency PASS is source/documentation evidence only. QA-011 remains OPEN until reviewed Django migration files are generated/frozen on the exact source and verified. Django/PostgreSQL Local UAT, backup/restore evidence and physical FO-M1 testing remain separate runtime gates.
