PURPOSE
This package is the current corrected source baseline for Local UAT preparation. It is NOT a production release and must not be presented as runtime-accepted until the listed gates are completed.

CURRENT VERIFIED SOURCE-LEVEL STATUS
- P0/Critical: 18/18 static evidence PASS; runtime/UAT proof pending.
- P1: 33/33 static evidence PASS; runtime/UAT proof pending.
- P2/P3 verified improvements: 18 static evidence PASS; runtime/UAT proof pending where applicable.
- Full Python compile: PASS.
- Documentation/version consistency: source-level PASS for v0.39.4-dev Consolidated.
- Developer v0.39.4-dev merge was re-reviewed; R2-001..R2-008 corrections/hardening are documented in PREFINAL-REVIEW-CORRECTION-LIST-v0.39.4.md.
- Historical FIXED findings remain mapped to an explicit runtime regression checklist.

IMPORTANT OPEN RUNTIME GATES
1. QA-011 — generate and freeze reviewed Django migration files from this exact source in a real Django environment; run migration drift check and fresh-database proof.
2. QA-094 — PostgreSQL backup -> checksum verify -> restore -> control-total reconciliation evidence.
3. Run P0/P1/P2 and fixed-item runtime verification checklists.
4. Run physical ZKTeco FO-M1 test.
5. Run parallel manual-vs-software payroll reconciliation.

NEXT ACTION
Use this exact corrected source as the baseline. Do not start new feature work. Run controlled migration freeze first, then Local Django/PostgreSQL UAT. Mark QA items Closed only with matching runtime evidence.

LOCAL UAT SAFETY
- Extract to a NEW folder.
- Do not overwrite an existing UAT folder, .env, or database.
- Follow PREFREEZE-HANDOFF-NOTE.txt and LOCAL-UAT-START-HERE.txt.
- Do not point this pre-freeze source directly at an older database with ad-hoc initial migrations.
