HR & Payroll v0.37.1-trial — UI Parity Patch

Purpose
The first complete local trial used a deliberately simplified Django runtime template while backend wiring was being finalized. This patch restores the previously approved visual direction in the actual local runtime: navy sidebar, blue active states, Shohoj Shop brand block, menu icons, modern cards/tables and richer dashboard KPIs.

Upgrade from v0.37.0-trial
1. Stop the local UAT server.
2. Keep a copy of your existing .env file and database backup.
3. Replace the application source with this v0.37.1 package (or copy your existing .env into backend/).
4. No database migration is required specifically for this UI patch.
5. Start the server again and hard-refresh the browser (Ctrl+F5).

Your PostgreSQL data remains unchanged by this UI patch.
