- Approved resignation automatically creates one ExitCase.
- Reporting Manager, IT, Accounts and HR clearances are assigned as workflow tasks.
- Assigned approver decisions update the ClearanceItem and ExitCase automatically.
- HR/Super Admin override is exception-only and requires a reason + audit trail.
- All clearances cleared -> ExitCase moves to SETTLEMENT_PENDING.
- Final settlement draft can link the latest locked payroll and automatically snapshots active loan outstanding.
- Final settlement approval runs through My Tasks.
- Payment posting completes the exit and changes Employee status to RESIGNED.
- PostgreSQL migrations and real runtime execution remain part of Local UAT.
